1. Return Period

We offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@shift.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address:

We recommend waiting for confirmation before sending your item back to ensure proper processing.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with UAE law.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, activated, or physically damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or essential components
  • Custom or special-order products made specifically for the customer
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product, subject to availability.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage in transit, or incorrect item supplied.


8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
