1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to the following locations:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Kuwait
2. Delivery Within the UAE

- Available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time
- Additional fee: AED 25
- Subject to product availability and operational capacity

- Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
- Free for orders above AED 100
- Shipping fees for orders below AED 100 are calculated at checkout
Other Emirates
We deliver to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

- Free for orders above AED 200
- AED 20 flat rate for orders below AED 200

3. Delivery to Kuwait

- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
- Subject to customs clearance procedures
- Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on order size and weight
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees, where required by local law.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UAE time) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are typically processed the next business day.
- Orders are not dispatched on UAE public holidays.
Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@shift.ae or +971 4 323 3220.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve delivery issues in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
In cases where a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
